The International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame encourages nominations from
the public. In order to make nominating more systematic, we have prepared
this page for you to submit your nomination.

Please keep the following criteria in mind when submitting supporting
documentation and facts.

CRITERIA: 

1. Induction into the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame is a career award,
   honoring an individual who has by his or her years of individual significant contributions** advanced the sport of scuba diving and international dive travel.
2. In rare cases, an individual may be inducted for a single outstanding achievement,
   but such cases are uncommon.

**A significant contribution refers to an individual who has led or aided in the development, promotion, or safety of scuba diving in a manner that has had a positive impact on the overall sport.  The contribution may be made in the areas of dive travel, entertainment, art, equipment design & development, education, exploration, and adventure. 

The final decision for ISDHF Hall of Fame Award recipients is at the sole discretion of ISDHF Board of Directors.  Each application will be examined for authenticity and merit.  Any contradiction or false statement will disqualify the applicant.
